Return and Warranty policy
Our phones are delivered without a warranty for the device because of the bootloader unlocking, which voids the warranty of any phone.
However, all hardware and systems in our refurbished phones have been checked and certified to be in good working order.
Finally, if you are not satisfied with the phone for cosmetic reasons, you may return it within seven (7) days from the date of reception of the phone; the phone must be undamaged and in the condition in which you received it; all returns are at your expense; the refund will be issued upon our receiving the product in the state we shipped it to you in.
Cellular service operation
Our unlocked phones work with all cellular service providers in Canada and US; insert an activated SIM card into the phone to use your existing cell phone service.
But not all Pixel 4a (5G) and later phones work on all 5G networks. Check with your carrier to make sure your phone works on its 5G network.
Operating System updates
CalyxOS generally provides monthly security updates.
Our phones will continue to operate after the end of the update period.

Battery health
All of our phone batteries are at least of 80% of their original capacity.
Phone charger
Charger and cable are not included with all our phones.
Phone color
We cannot guarantee the color of your choice, as this factor depends on the availability of the refurbishers’ stock; rest assured that we will contact you by email as soon as possible for other options.

Payment
As soon as our services confirm the pre-order, you will receive an email with payment instructions. The processing of your order will start upon receipt of payment.
Provincial sales tax will be charged to all Canadian customers. The applicable tax is that of the Canadian province where the product is delivered.
For international orders, import duties, taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), brokerage fee or charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Shipping
We cannot guarantee the delivery time, as this factor depends on the availability of the refurbishers’ stock and the fact that we take pre-orders to serve your interests best; be assured that we will send you the device as soon as possible and we will contact you by e-mail for more detailed information.
Delivery fees will be charged to all customers. The prices, depending on the country and province of delivery, will be communicated to you in the email with payment instructions.
